Shipping Policy

PAWSOME™ partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working with local couriers to deliver directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged when your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may experience delays or be cancelled.

Shipping Process

We typically require 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including address changes. We ship only during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in manufacturing partners' locations.

Deliveries

Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Here are our estimated shipping times for your reference:

  • United States: 7-21 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-21 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 14-21 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

Please note that the listed days are estimates in business/working days and do not include our 2-5 day processing time.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PawPlus cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are the recipient's sole responsibility. PawPlus has no control over these charges. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

PawPlus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please report it and/or file a claim with your shipping carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses. Once an order is placed, we cannot change the address. If an order has already been processed for shipping, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
